Watery substance. Good hydration. Fast absorbing. Non stick or greasy finish. However, due to fast absorption, constant re-application is needed especially during night time for a moisturized facial care or during winter days where dry skin is more prominent. Tried to apply on hand to see hydration and smoothness levels and it is good hydration.
